visitor visa to US- any Guaranteed way??
was going through this site. its great.
Can any one help out with my problem?
I am an Indian passport holder with a permanent resident status in Canada. I woukld like to visit my aunt in US on my way back to India in September 2003. All my friends here have advised me not to apply to the embassy for a visa the US officials will reject my application as I dont have a good job here and have recently landed (May2003). (some indian pharmacist wanting to write pharmacy exams in US were not given visas and their passport stamped "not to reapply for 18 months').Should I apply in US counsalate.... What all documents i need from US to make my case strong. Can any one give some rejection proof ideas quickly as less time is left.
