Thanks for all the good wishes. Still didn't sleep well last night but resigned to the fact that I won't now till I get out there. Don't normally drink but... I think a drop of Baileys might just help (normally Have a baileys at xmas) so I'm going to trot out later and get some. Best wishes all and bottoms up

Congrats - good news on the house! I can totally relate - we are in that horrible limbo before exchange when anything can go wrong and the whole deal could collapse. A good night sleep is a distant memory for me too!
