Great development that has really begun to influence the area .... already being dubbed the wordwards effect, what with a SFU art campus, contemporary theatre, art gallery, market and non-market housing.

classic west coast craftsman houses. There are thosands of these homes in Vancouver. Downtown was at one time made up largely of these types of homes, very few still exisit downtown:

there's something magical about those old theaters, they're where movies should be seen.
