Vancouver Real Estate Organization offers on-line training.
This is a good move by the realtors organization. I am glad to see this kind of training material available on line for ordinary people before making purchasing decisions in the Vancouver real estate market.

sad, very sad, but also very true. I fear things will end badly here.... I always laugh when I see listings for "perfect for first time buyer, needs some TLC, put you own stamp on it etc.... for over a million.
