I hear ya!
Yes, there are one or two dealerships out there, who underline their principle of "fixed price" ... leading you to believe that they have carried out the negotiation in giving you the lowest price for the vehicle in question.
So, if that's how they want to play, tell 'em you want $10,000 for your vehicle "fixed price" and that's the best price you can offer too!
I remember a particular outfit back in the UK, who would never have price tags on any of their own fleet of cars. They would simply ask you how much you wanted for your car, then juggle the figures on theirs .... gosh I never saw that coming!!! RIGHT.
