For Canada? Or do you mean for immigration to the UK?

If you're referring to Canadian immigration, there are only a couple of licensed ICCRC consultants in the UK I believe, you can find them on the ICCRC website. Do steer clear of any 'agencies' that cover lots of countries and aren't listed on the ICCRC website.

But you shouldn't need any consultant to be in the UK (if indeed you need a consultant at all - most don't), so you can choose one in Canada if you want more of a choice.

Thanks again. Yes to Canada sorry. That's a great help to be honest and I'll start researching it. Is there an advantage to using a Canada based one over a UK based one?

Only that you'd have a lot more choice, as there's not many in the UK.

Is there a specific reason you feel you need to use a consultant? Unless you have complicated circumstances, you should be able to do the forms etc yourself.

And if you're going over on a work permit (as it seems your intention is from your other thread), then a consultant wouldn't be of any use to you anyway - the employer has to apply for the LMIA, it's not something you can do yourself, and the TWP can just be obtained at the airport, so you wouldn't have to fill in a single form!
