Tough decision or not??
Been offered two jobs first one is in Saskatoon and the second is in Toronto, both jobs pay about the same and have about the same in benefits.I know that Housing is cheaper in Saskatoon but Just got back from Toronto and really liked it.I know there totally different places,so anyone with an opinion or comment I'd love to hear it.

If you just got back from TO and really liked it doesnt that answer your question.
The only question really is can you afford to live in the GTA on what they are paying...and you are the only one who knows that.
If they are paying less than 50-60k pa then go to SK.

Its a big decision....at least your in a very fortunate position.
can you not fly out once more and cover both places to make a final decision....check out housing, cost of living, employer and possibly work collegues before making the "tough decision"?
Good Luck

Lucky you being offered two jobs!
Like another poster said if you can afford it go back and look again. If not, I would go for Saskatoon. Cheaper housing, wide open spaces and big skies would be some of my reasons. Also, you could put more money away for a rainy day.
I know some people love the big cities and that's great because they have all the amenities but I'd rather live somewhere smaller. Just my opinion, not knocking Toronto because I've never been there, or Saskatoon for that matter.

Hey city4 (and celine), another Geordie here. Brought up in Westerhope just outside the Toon.
city: unless there is something special for you in Saskatoon (like family or sommat) Toronto wins hands down. Yes its more expensive, but you pay for what you get. We'll have to get a Geordie night out organized sometime.

Thanks for the replays people,I'm kind of edging towards Saskatoon as it seems that it will be easier to get established there (housing and stuff) and the company in Saskatoon are willing to do all the work for the immigration.Really liked Toronto but maybe after/If I get permanent residence that will be a better option.

Maybe you need to visit both places to get a feel for them before making your decision.
