You can pick up paper forms from any post office, download them from http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/formspubs/t1gnrl/menu-eng.html. Much easier use an online service such as U-File http://www.ufile.ca/default.asp. This is free for anyone with a family income of less than $20,000. You will need to print the return and mail it to the CRA.
