Hi,

I have a open work permit and started to work in Dec 09.

My question should I submit my Tax returns for 2009?

What is the best way to do this?

Any advise would be appriciated.

You can pick up paper forms from any post office, download them from http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/formspubs/t1gnrl/menu-eng.html. Much easier use an online service such as U-File http://www.ufile.ca/default.asp. This is free for anyone with a family income of less than $20,000. You will need to print the return and mail it to the CRA.
