Hi BE,
Well as Budcolin pointed out Flyglobespan true to their justified reputation have cancelled all mid week flights to Halifax.The excuse being that there has been a dramatic drop in bookings for the states and Canada so they are combining flights.
Halifax here we come on the 8th of August rather than the 5th
Funnily enough the same thing happened to me with zoom they offered me alternative dates ,fool me i took it ,then got blown out of the water.Surely not again,if this occurs again i doubt it is safe for me and the family to come over (Jonah)Seriously you have got to look at the vibes and boy they look dodgy
Well all said and done ,we were able to cancel our original hotel bookings with a full refund,thank the lord.
Have now booked the Marriott Harbourfront for the first 5 nights,any more hassle and the Good Lord has to be taken seriously ,Old Scotia I STAY.

no nothing firm yet,will be meeting up with the folk from CORDA ,have met them at Edinburgh twice.
Applied for a few jobs nothing much from anyone ,still have a few years to play with .

got to get through these 5 12 hour nights.

We are good. Application is progressing, there are a few people just in front of us who are getting their med requests. So i guess we will hear something soon.

Job front is quiet. there are plenty of positions in Alberta, but you have to be legal to have a chance. Got a good contact in Shell, maybe something will work out when I am legal ?

Yes bit weird feeling at the moment, really busy with things to be sorted out, last week or so at work, seriously cant believe how quick the weeks are flying at the moment though!!

We'll shortly be in that position as well...it used to be counting the weeks, but now it's the days also having a major clearout and starting to sell stuff.
