I thinking she might want to look much further down south if she did.

Sheffield haven't ever lived there but from visiting, it's kinda meh... would rather live in Leeds or Manchester, if I wasn't about to move to Vancouver.

Isnt Sheffield Wednesday a bank holiday or something?
Less sheep in Vancouver unless you count the Starbucks crowd and Lulu Lemon people.
Vancouver has higher THC content in their dope.

Its nice of you to point out that Sheffield is an obvious choice because it is in Gods county, but for balance it should be pointed out that it will lack the mountain and ocean access of Vancouver.

On the other hand no self respecting Yorkshireman would ever pay Vancouver property prices...

I cant say that I ever remember seeing sheep on the streets of Sheffield, or Leeds for that matter.

York on the other hand...

I quite like York because if you see a Scottish person carrying a bow and arrow then you can legally kill them

Sheffield.... Cosmopolitan.. Fourth largest city in England.. England's greenest city.... Two uni,... As Ian said areas like whirlwind, directory. Very nice. Ten min drive to the peak national park... I would suggest visiting leeds. Manchester and sheffield. And decide then... Also sheffield is apparently England's safest large city

ahaha This made me smile x). The steelers don't actually seem that bad. But when compared to the canucks...

As I said before, Hockey isn't a big deal. Its just a part of my upbringing, so knowing that I can see a game 2 or so times a year makes me feel less homesick. haha

I don't actually care much for Football... I like American football a bit, but.. thats about it.

Strange how Everyone is trying to Move here to my city of Vancouver, while I'M trying to get my bum over too their hometowns in the UK xD

I definately WILL be making a visit before I make a final decision, but I've just been trying to figure out an idea, so that I know what places I should be looking at, instead of ust going there on Vacation and wasting money (Although A vacation there wouldn't be a Bad thing).

I am 100% adding Leeds to my list of Possibilities, wow. that city seems awesome!

Thanks for all the inputs! Xx

I was looking at ALL of England on a Previous thread I've been trying to narrow it down though, Oh I KNOW it's absolutely Gorgeous there! My parents have visited, and My oldest friend is planning on moving there, I can't disagree with his decision, because it is Breathtaking!
But I think Bath would only work as a short-time visit for me, It's too "Peaceful"...

Cheers to that! It takes FOREVER for me to travel anywhere in Canada. I visited the East coast, and it was an 8 hour Plane ride 0.o
