Oh Bliss!!!! ... thank biggles I'm not the only one. For a while, I thought I was last in the queue to be converted, as I've heard more and more "Brits" use the term "Soccer" now! (like nails on a blackboard, a pin by a balloon, chair getting dragged along a wooden floor, like .... well, you get the idea!)

This came through on my email today: I think I deleted all the swearing from it! Apparently posted on Sheffield Wednesday's website but who knows.
I'm feeling all angry about these modern day footballers, I know why they have gone all soft - It's because of poncy names. That's what it is.
Remember the old days...players could only survive the rigours of the game because they were called things like Albert, Arthur, Bert, Harry, Bill, Eddie, Bob, Jack and Tommy. And what do we have now? Jason, Wayne, Dean, Ryan, Jamie, Robbie.

There are two Jordans (to go with the one in the u-21s) a Bradley, Nathaniel (I suppose you could say Nat ) Hallam, Jake, Samuel and Blair.
Funnily enough, the bench included Ben, Max, George, Alex and Jack.
