Hi Mates,

I made my first landing in Canada on PR visa in March 1999 after which I never returned to Canada. I shall now be making an attempt to enter Canada through US / Canadian border in September.

In the scale of 1-10 with 10 been the best bet, what chances you all foresee that the immigration personnel at the border would let me enter Canada ?

Not a chance as a PR anymore. The determination that you have already lost your PR
status will be made at the port of entry.

Please refer to my case and your reply to it. I don't want to apply afresh as that would take alot of time and wonder if you could handle my case to legalized my PR visa someway plus apply for my kins PR visa afresh and charge me fees for it ?
