My son -in-law has a diploma in nursing but not a degree. He has been qualified for 10 years but doesn't have a specialist qualification. He has experience in A&E, orthopaedics, medicine and elderly care. He is in the British Army and would like to leave and emigrate to BC. Would this experience be enough to start an application?

For Skilled worker as a RN he would meet requirement the issue is meeting a college of RN requirements so a lot will depend on what his transcript states and that he has hours both clinical and theory in Mental Health, Paeds, Obstetrics and General Adult.
