Thanks all, questions 2 & 3 re PR Card sorted.
So in my case and Citizenship given my circumstances it would be
2006 - Canada
2007 - UK
2008 - UK
2009 - UK
2010 - Canada - On PR Card 1
2011 - Canada - On PR Card 1
2012 - Canada - On PR Card 2
2013 - Apply for Citizenship, 2006 does not count as it is outside of the last four year window.
Agree / Disagree ??

Yup, you've got it
Which card you had is not relevent, its the total residence over the 4 year period preceeding the date you apply that counts.
