We have recently arrived on Van Isl & all our goods arrived to the door with GB liners all we did was take our goods to Bristol docks(optional) & then i had to get our customs paperwork stamped at customs office downtown ,take that to the local shippers who GB use & that was that.One tip though make inventories of your goods both accompanying you & those following on the Canadian forms (availablbe to print of on this site)make a few copies for immigration at the airport ,another for customs when your goods to follow arrive plus a couple of spares ,it was vwery well recieved by the authorities we dealt with who,it has to be said pleasent to deal with on every occassion.Good Luck.

So far so good we have selltled in Cowichin Valley area about 40 mins outside of Victoria.The area is clean & safe with lots to do & see with the kids.All our goods arrived ok & we have just about sorted docs,dentist ,schools & we are taking our driving tests - house buying next.Good luck i am sure you will not be dissapointed.

Hi we arrived in Elora Nov 09 we used Simpsons removals in chesterfield they were excellent, everythin packed well and then this end all unpacked and put together with nothing broken, very good price for sole use 20ft container door to door 5 weeks
