Who could give me a sense of how the interview looks like? I will have mine in Dec at NYC USA. Thanks!

Selection interviews vary considerably depending on the specific issues relevant to
each case. The main aspects that do remain the same, however, are the verification of
education and employment history and consistency with NOC requirements; evaluation of
language skills; and evaluation of Personal Suitability.
