We landed as permanent residents back in Oct 2009 and have since bought our own home. Do we need to inform CIC that we have moved? Everything on their website only seems to relate to people still waiting for their PR cards to arrive, whereas we've had ours for well over a year. Just wondering.....

You are PRs. There is absolutely no reason of inform CIC of your address change. Apart from a swear-in ceremony you have exactly the same rights as a citizen.
