I got Visa as a Skilled immigrant without the Qubec immigration thing. I had indicated earlier that I want to land in Toranto but now I want to land in Vancouver. But my landing papers indicate the the PORT OF LANDING as Toranto. Can I land in Vancouver? If yes, in that case do I need to go back to the Canadian High Comm. to get some changes in my papers or just go to vancouver directly.
Thanks for your help in advance!!

If you want to land in Vancouver then better go to Canadian High Comm. to get changed on your papers. But you have to give lot of explanation and fare chances of getting approved. Also it might takes some time for verifying and processing these changes.
Preferbly you better land in Toranto (as the port of entry the database will recognize your details) and take a local flight to go to Vancouver ( no hassels !!!!!) not telling the Immg. Officer that you are moving to Vancouver.

hi there,
i don't think you will face any kind of problem if you land other province except Qubec . in my case i was mentioned to land in manitoba but then i decided to land in toronto. so i did't face any hassle in landing other province but anyway i don't know is there any law changes shortly. coz i was in the old law and landed last february this year.
good luck
