I've had stuff take longer than that around Christmas, but coming to me. Remember once a few years go it was February and the postmark on the box was December 9th.

Anyway, I assume you're new to Canada. Tip: Canada Post is terrible in many ways ($1 for a first-class stamp!). Which is why amazon.ca et al are terrible, because no-one can be bothered to sit around waiting for deliveries. And - I think it's going to get worse.

Also in fairness to Canada Post, CBSA want every single penny of GST and HST they can possibly squeeze out of anything, so that slows it all down too.

Christmas cards to the UK need to be sent well before the end of November, bigger parcels need to go sooner, Canada Post really is SNAIL MAIL !
I have an account with Fed Ex and send anything to the UK with them, costs more but at least i know it'll be there on time !
