Please Help Mr. Miller- HRDC Validated Employment
Good day...
I'm in the process or sorting the initial parts of my application for Permanent Residence. As my company is Canadian based, and the job I'm in is very specialised, I'm applying for HRDC Validated Employment. However, I'm finding specific information on HRDC's requirements difficult to obtain. So far I know (pretty much taken from the web):
- Prove that no other Canadian can do the job
- That my company have posted the position nationally.
- Why the vacancy has occurred.
- What steps the employer took to recruit a Canadian citizen into the job and reasons of failure.
- Rate of pay of the post in comparison to local rates of pay.
But, I can't find information on things such as how long the job has to be advertised, how the job should be advertised, what associated documents need to be supplied (job description, letters of reference, resume etc. etc.). Can you explain to me or point me in the right direction to where I might find this kind of information.
Your help is much appreciated.
Million thanks

go to www.employment-solutions.ca/_ESI_.asp and use the pin number 2534 to get a free consultation on this matter from a professional canadian employmnet agency specializing in immigration employment. I found this secret page some time ago.

I think your secrets out. The pin you've provided is no longer valid. Thanks anyway

If it is your own company, not really in operation, no revenues, no history, no other
employees, etc. then you may forget about validation and work permit, unless you are
applying as Entrepreneur and you have already been selected.
If it is not your own company, it exists, is active, has revenues and employees then
they are the ones who should be dealing with HRDC, not you.

Re: Please Help Mr. Miller- HRDC Validated Employment
Apologies for confusion Mr Miller. It is not my company. It is the company I work for. I understand that I cannot contact the HRDC- the employer must do that. However, as it is a small company, I'm trying to aid the intial information collation.
Would you be able to help in this information collation?
