I am just about to submit my application for Permanent Residency to the Canadian High Commission in London. Could someone please tell me who the banker's draft has to be made out to? I can't find this info on the cic website.
Thanks!

I cant find it anywhere either readnig the whole site. All it says under the fees
section is how much the fees are and NOT to include cash. no instructiosn about what
to actually include. On teh visa post specific section for London CHC on the
checklist it says include a 'Bank Draft' for the full amount. I am not sure wether
bank drafts have to be named as ive never seen one. If you are applying for spousal
sponsorship from outside Canada it says in their guide to make it payable to the
'reciever general of Canada', but thats for seding fees to CPC in Canada so it may be
different. not sure. yodu think theyd explain it more clearly if it involve sthem
getting money.

I know! Strange that no-one's ever pointed it out to them. I just telephoned the High Commission and finally spoke to someone who told me to make it payable to the Receiver General of Canada.
Thanks for looking though - I thought I was being incredibly dim not being able to find it!
