Maybe sounds like a stupid question but is there such thing as an Oven-cleaner like we have in the U.K who comes in to make your oven sparkling new? I have not seen anything online for any companies who do this?

There was such a thing in the UK? Who knew??
I never clean ovens nor employ someone to do so.

Most people probably have self-cleaning ovens. Consider yourself fortunate that you can afford to hire someone to clean your oven. I've never encountered such a service here.

The process is a man comes to your house in his van cleans your oven takes bits of your oven out to his van to clean using some eco friendly and caustic free cleaner and i think a pressure washer... so you don't have to deal with the fumes or mess etc...
The reason Im asking is because we were looking into a franchise and were thinking of maybe starting this up in Canada so I was looking online and couldn't see anyone who did this..

Thats so strange that they don't have that over there... the reason I would pay someone is I think because you can never get your oven how these guys get them... its like a brand new oven. I only do this twice a year or when I first move into a house or after it

Cant see there being enough OCD people out there to make any money. An ovens there to get used, its going to get dirty. People will then (eventually) run the cleaning cycle. It may not be spotless after that, but frankly I doubt many people actually would care enough to pay for someone to come to their home to do it.

I'm surprised your oven isnt a self cleaning type.
Our self cleaning oven does a great job itself- no need for additional chemicals etc.

Canadians on the whole are a dirty people, and I doubt that cleaning ovens is a high priority for most families.
