We are not booking anything till our passports are returned...Then its on line to book the flights as soon as poss in Jan... then its PANIC!!!!!!! TIME

Got 4 shipping comps looking over our stuff to tell us how much they are going to rip us off with :scared: So will have fun next week... even got one that has tried to make an appointment, but alas we keep missing each other and only seem to talk with the answer phone to each other ..lol she did phone today to talk to the kids to tell them she was in the office in the morning at 8am so I could phone her when I was getting the kids ready for school... (think this might be the one to tell I got a cheaper quote by some one else too lol)

Well it's going to be a bit sparse in this house as I'm running down my freezers and store cupboards big time! Busy looking at mail order companies for presents who will gift wrap and send them as well. That way I won't have to touch them at all

Hi ellsie, yes we are bound for the Island. Still haven't decided exactly where but we will enjoy the search for a house. How are you getting on and have you settled in well?

Our container arrived this week so very busy unpacking boxes! Settling down to life in Campbell River, where we have been nearly swept away with rain! Wish you luck and please let me know if I can be of help.

Dor!!! Wish that was me Weeing it down here too.My willow tree has just decided to drop its load this last wk, was hoping we'd be long gone before it did. Love the tree hate the wet soggy leaves. Hope you get your boxes sorted in time to enjoy your first xmas. They used to have bus trips in the 70's, round all the houses to see the lights at xmas , dont know if they still do that but it was if my memory serves me right pretty spectacular in Vctoria anyways.
