We sold 25,000 pounds under the original asking price, count yourself lucky you've got there.

We would be in the same position as we are going to put our house in the market hopefully by the end of the end of the month. But what would be the reason why we are selling our house? should we lie and tell them that we are going south or north instead of migrating?
