i stayed with them for 6 weeks when i first came here, and have met a few people who have stayed there also during recces or on first moving, eg irishsamx.
although its a B&B you get your own entrance, toilets, etc. good value and the breakfast... well put it this way you wont be hungry!

The Royalty B&B is excellent, you get the use of 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining area, Roll top bathroom and a kitchenette with microwave and Fridge. All with your own entrance, it really is a flat attached to the main house.
It is in the centre of the town, so you can walk to pubs, restaurants etc.
You will be surprised at what you get for the price, good luck!
