they are quite quick at replying to emails (about 2-3 days) so even if you cant do this, then they will tell you promptly!

I was told we couldn't just swap -we had to withdraw the skilled worker application and they would send us a refund cheque. We would then have to get a new draft for the PNP application. Our refund took 3 months and 2 days.

Thanks everyone. I sent them a cheque, payable receiver general of Canada.
I think i am going to e-mail them asking what I should do, as it says fee should be sent with form and, as I have already paid one cheque, I do not want to pay again.
