Hi All
Just to let you all know. Halifax Immigration sent me an e-mail late Friday to say I had been nominated.
So now on to CIC in London. Onwards and upwards.....

Good news indeed!
Congratulations, and I hope the next part goes well for you.
I am awaiting Halifax's response to our application - should have in answer in 6-8 weeks, I hope.

Thanks everyone. Just getting form for police checks sorted and sent off and then will be sending my forms to London.
Does anyone know, it says you need four photos of all family members listed, whether or not they are going with you. Does this just mean spuse, common law etc or do i do this for my additional family too i.e parents/brothers??
Also I have already paid initial fees to London when I applied for skilled worker visa. Do i just send a note asking them to transfer the $550 across to my nominee application??
If anyone knows what to do, much appreciated
And thanks to everyone who helped answer my panic attack questions - you know who you all are

Sorry I'm not sure what to do about the fees - did you send a bankers draft in CAD to Receiver General for Canada? Thatsv what we had to send in with our PR application....
Biiba xx

Good luck with the next bit
