Need help from regarding renting properties and securing them from the UK please.
Found a rental property online and would like to secure it. However, we are currently in the UK and don't want to be scammed. It is a new-build 3-bed townhouse on the Drake Landing Common, Okotoks, AB.

I have seen a few of their signs around Okotoks but I have never had any dealings with them. It is worth checking any realtor or company you are thinking about using is registered with the Calgary Real Estate board, this is a link to the name search http://www.realtor.ca/realtorSearch.aspx
