Hi there,
You may want to speak to a company that specialises in obtaining passports and visas.

There are several companies in the UK that may be able to help such as the following:

1. Thames Consular Services: www.thamesconsular.com, T: +44-208-966-2912, F: +44-208-742-1285 E: [email protected]
2. Travel Logistics Consular Services Ltd: T: +44-207-498-0098 T: +44-207-501-1100, F: +44-207-501-1101 E: [email protected]

Both of the above agencies are go into the passport office twice a day and have a good working relationship with the passport office. They should be able to find out the quickest way to sort out any problems. Whilst at the same time should be able to ensure that a new passport is issued either the same day or next day.

However, the quicker you need a passport processed the more money you will be required to fork out, especially if they need to have a courier waiting around.

Good Luck. Hope this helps.
