Hey guys

Does anyone know if once you move abroad you can claim back your NI contributions.....

Reason I ask..........my friends parents live in the USA....and her dad just claimed a refund and had to make a declaration that he was not returning to the UK

Anyone out there know anything?

You can't usually claim back any NI contributions unless you have overpaid them for any reason. Full details here
