Exactly....on both points. Aerosols are also plain nasty and should only be administered wearing a mask!

Re: My business propositions so far
I'm not moaning but:
1. Car insurance
Open a company offering premiums at half the going rates and I don't see how you can go wrong. It's not like everyone drives like idiots and beyond me why it is so expensive.
2. Fruit cordials / squash
I don't actually like expensive, fizzy tooth-rot and haven't found anywhere to buy bottles of squash yet.
3. Deodorants
Didn't the stick things come and go (because no one likes them!) in the UK years ago? Swedish chemist shop joke: Ball or aerosol? Neither; I want it for my armpits...
4. Tooth string
Another major import opportunity. I am a collector of duff packs of dental floss. They all say "Waxed" but all are capable of extractions if you try and use them with too much force.
5. Obvious stuff
Mail order Cadbury's, Marmite, Branston etc - though I was surprised and pleased to see the LCBO (local Canadian booze office or something) stocks London Pride and a few other delicacies at prices comparable with local refreshments.
Feel free to add to the list...

However I feel sure Canada would be a better place for your suggestions. Then we'd have more whinging immigrants.

They are very tasty, but I like them from a can, not in polystyrene trays from a bait shop. Still, beggars can't be choosers and I suppose once it's on a pizza and covered with parmesan it'll probably not taste much different. Maybe.

It's expensive because people in Canada drive badly and are of a litigious nature. You'll lose your shirt.

You can buy aerosol deodorant (for men and women) at Shoppers, it comes in unscented or baby powder scent. Ribena and Lime cordial (Rose's) is available at most supermarkets.

Anchovies, in a tin, in the meat dept of the supermarket, for some reason
Marmite in the baking dept in Walmart - cheapest place.
Other English goodies from the rip off import shops but well worth if feeling a little blah!
Oh and I like the soft solid deodorants, they work for me.

Roll-on. Maybe for women and guys that shave their pits.
That only leaves the "stick" unless you want to go au natural.

Apologies, I hadn't seen Piff Poffs response with regard to anchovies.
I'm a ball girl myself, but only on my pits! But I liked the ball/aerosol joke
