Default Mr. Miller, what's going on in buffalo?

Mr Miller,

I am just wondering what's going on in Buffalo. I cannot see any "got it" or "interview waiver" or "interview" kind of postings anymore at least from them who applied to Buffalo.

So, do you have any idea what's making this halt ? Or am I wrong ?

Very small fraction of readers in this group ever post anything and majority of
applicants don't even know that this group exists and/or don't have Internet access.

Buffalo is working just fine.

50 days backlog? For what?

Did you receive AOR letter yet?

If yes than everything is fine, except that processing times have increased
substantially. Initial assessment should arrive about 30 to 40+ weeks from AOR
letter. Total processing time may last anywhere from about 14 months to over 3 years.

These backlogs are absurd. The Liberals say they want 1% per year...a target they've never hit even when they used squat teams. They clearly don't have the resources to do what is asked of them. I feel sorry for the staff...they must be drowning under an unsurmountable mountain of paperwork. They need to double CIC's budget just to maintain the present flows never mind hit their famous 1% mark.
