hi,we are planning to possibly move to ns in 2009,we will be going over to ns next summer to work for two months.any advice you could give us? we are a family of 4.

Blimey there are loads of people coming over! Glad to see lots of kiddies coming too! We will have to have a meet up once you all get here!

If all the bits and pieces fit for us we will be moving over this year to

2 kids in tow as well

Welcome to NS!! When you get here of course. I cant beleive the amount of new people coming, it really has to be the growth area of Canada - as it should be!! We have been here since January, with 3 children, and we love it. Like Paradise said, everything seems possible here!

Good choice!

Hey Poppy thought the same thing.Seems to be loads of interest in NS this last year.

hi does anybody know any airlines that do cheap flights to halifax from gatwick???

hi i thought i ought to introduce myself properly
my husband and our 2 kids live in surrey,and are hoping to go to halifax in nova scotia next summer for two months on a working visa.
we are hoping from this experience we will hopefully decide to move to ns forever and ever!!!!
i'd love to here any stories etc

We too are flying with Canadian Affair direct Gatwick to Halifax about £300 each in May.

Zoom are also fairly good for Gatwick to Halifax

Well this is a news flash............NS is now going to charge an entrance fee to all coming over soon!!! Oh then they are going to change the name of Fall River to New Britian just for the new immigrants.

Well that was fun...........just joking of course....just so many coming to NS...
