Default Movers within Canada

After just 2 years ago uprooting everything and moving across from the UK, we're now looking at moving from Ontario to Vancouver.. another haul.

Anyone have any experience and recommendations for internal long haul movers?

Not really a fair comment. This is a franchised operation so the franchisee that handled your move may not reflect quality of service from other franchisees.
I have been moved by North American Van Lines and was most satisfied.

Ok well I will be more specific- don't use the ones based near Ottawa and Kingston, we had a bad experience withthe crew we had.

i am teetering on the verge of using: http://www.noproblemmovers.com/

of 3 companies i found, not only was their quote cheapest but also they offered me free storage at either end (from QC to BC).

of course, proof of the pudding and all that. i shall know if they deliver (excuse the pun) next month.

will be reading this thread with interest...
