Finally my shipping has arrived in Calgary, almost 1 month after it was originally supposed to be here. I've got to go to the Customs Office on Monday and complete the paperwork, and according to Allied, they should be able to deliver it next week if everything goes to plan.

What are the customs forms I have to fill out? Allied have been a little less than helpful with this info.
