Moved: Moving back while on maternity leave?
I was just curious, if any one knows how maternity leave works in Ontario. Say a person decides they want to have their baby in the UK whilst still working in Canada as a PR. Could that person take the parental leave outside of Canada? Plus what if they did not want to come back, does any one know the legal implications?
