Peek Frean is a brand of biscuits and related confectionery. The brand is owned in the UK by United Biscuits, although the Peek Frean name is no longer used in the UK. In the USA and Canada the brand is owned by Kraft Foods.

We are in the early processes of getting over there - hubby getting interviews at mo, haven't sold the house yet (it's on the market) - so keep the drinks cold for me!

They do biscuits very similar to bourbons, custard creams, and jammie dodgers.

hmmmm see I do consider myself a bit of a bourbon/custard cream connoisseur (sp?!) and having tried the peek freans ones, I am not that taken with them!
Makes the ones that Mum and other friends bring over that much more special I guess!
Geordie lass, looking forward to meeting you guys whenever you come over, if you want a cold beer tho, you will have to put one in the freezer for a bit, as my dh is a bit of a warm beer kinda guy (I know, rather strange!!!)

Not similar, the same, they made the originals before you lot were born.

Peek Frean was around in the UK for many many years before disappearing in 1989.
