Take your current bottle to a walk in clinic and ask there, or if you have a GP go there and ask, chances are the GP will end up as your primary doctor dealing with it, specialists tend to stop seeing patients once stable when it comes to mental health/emotional type things and then transfer care to the GP.
One of my medications is known for abuse and is restricted but the walk in doctors have never had an issue filling it as long as I had the current bottle with me. Obviously its up to the doctor but I've never had issue with walk in's refilling when my GP was unavailable.

However - the workaround we were advised of involved going to ER where they knew of a doctor who would see him and would prescribe until the specialist took over.
That might work for you - assuming you have medicare.

My mum left one of her prescription drugs at home on her last visit. My brother posted them but they were returned to him. I rang the local walk in clinic, spoke to a Dr and he faxed the prescription to London Drugs, it was very easy.
