Default Making international payments

Hi all,

I need to pay my initial fees for the course I want to study. The payment has to be made by 30th Jan. I was just wondering what is the best way to pay these fees. Should I use xe.com? Or would I be better tranferring direct from my barclays account?

I've also received emails from halo financial services and wonder whether they are any good/necessary.

Thanks

10's of thousands use an FX house, small amounts direct bank deposit or Visa.
Any reputable FX house can help you, rates are all pretty much the same by the time you look at what you end up with. There are no 'no fee' currency brokers, some build it into the rate others charge it separately. As to necessary, not really if you choose to use a CC or the bank.

A search of these forums for international transfers will yield quite a few results. Best.
