Makes me angry

I Checked out the experts website , he is a listed member of CSIC (or whatever it is called). Apparently he used to work for CHC as well in the refugee and humanitarian dept. Personally I think this colours his judgement , In my opinion he works on a "I will get you into canada in any way possible , even if I have to work the system" whereas our resident expert works on a "these are the rules , how can i help you present your case in the most accurate way".
Anyway I know I should just stay off the board but it is kinda compelling
Bit like picking at a scab I think

CSIC are now conducting their own investigations on the same people, thanks to The Star.
Could be worth you sending off a link to CSIC. Seriously.

Not sure anything would come of it , advising people on how to be evasive is not the same as telling people to lie. There is no law against being a dickhead unfortunatley. I think the guy is very clever actually. I'm not sure I could pin down anything illegal. I just don't like him , it is not illegal to annoy me , but it should be

I agree completely that consultants shouldn't be giving dodgy advice... but why are we bothered about those who bend the truth to get in to Canada? They're the poor ones looking over their shoulder for the rest of their lives, if the lie was big enough...
If I didn't come from a developed country and had a need to get out of where I was, I'd be tempted to fudge my forms if I thought it would secure my chances. And if, when I got to Canada, I couldn't find work I wouldn't hesitate to go to the US to be able to support my family and send money home. For the bulk of immigrants it's just a safe place to move and earn a buck.
