I was working nights one weekend and one of the guys got a 'phone call from his wife to tell him that their numbers had "come up" He didn't go home, it was time and a half, he won 2.5 million and went off sick until he was cut off (one year) some people can never have enough!

I wouldn't say time after time as that's the reason why the jackpot is so high, but you are right. 1 person out of 29 million will eventually win and it wont be me.

While I'm quite sure that someone who can't spell LOTTO has an equal chance of not winning it as everyone else, I find this thread one of the most depressing I've ever read on here.
No doubt a certain Rock Dweller will be here soon brandishing the "c" word, but in the meantime you'all get a life.

I played last night and although I didn't win the big one I did get a free draw into next weeks game. Maybe I'll have better luck next week.

There is a legal form that protects all the members,The syndicate in work uses one, something like the one I remember from the UK.
I am not in it, gambling on if they win, I get an instant bump up in seniority when they all go.
I buy my own ticket.( selfish ? )
