Seriously though, the only ones I've heard of are the Big Yellow and Shurguard, but I'm sure there are others.

It would depend on where you live.

I had items in storage for almost 5 years, I used Easistore in Sussex - but they weren't cheap, it actually cost me a small fortune! It was humidity controlled though, which I would recommend if you intend on having items in there long term.
