Default LMO took 4 weeks

Hi Everyone

We have finally done it my OH LMO came through today, and we are off to Calgary, Alberta on 15th January 2009. What a journey we have had but our patience and determination has paid off, so within my OH passing his Red Seal for Electrician on 9th October, he got a job offer and a positive LMO all within 7 weeks. Anyone out there that is thinking of giving up, dont stick with it and it should come good in the end

Janeymay

Yes I know any tips on keeping warm. At least we have the summer to look forward to instead of the other way round and dreading the winter, nothing like being chucked in the deep end

Hi

Just wanted to say thanks for the words of encouragement.

My husband and I are waiting for currently waiting for our LMO for a job in Toronto. Due to having to resubmit some info, we have been waiting since mid Sept so hoping ours will come through soon.

Hearing that other people have got their LMOs and also that they have been stressed out by the wait makes us feel that we are not the only ones!

Thanks and good luck for the move!

Lucy

We have been told we should here this week so fingers crossed.

Think these forums are really important as you can talk to family and friends but they don't know what you are going through so hearing from people in a similar situation is so helpful.
