Hi experts,
I would like to know the changes for getting a interview waiver applied for indepedent category whose sister is a PR(permanent resident) in canada as a Indian Citizen working in USA on H1B Visa?

Hi:
Currently, interview waivers are generally granted to individuals who have a total of
70 points without the personal suitability factor points, and when there are no other
issues relating to work experience, and documents submitted.
