Hi,

I would like to know the chances for getting an interview waiver applied for indepedent category whose sister is a PR(permanent resident) in canada and I'm working in USA on H1B Visa?

Both facts you just mentioned are completely irrelevant when it comes to the
interview waiver. Perfectly prepared application package the way processing officer
wants to see it, strong presentation of your skills and abilities well supported by
documents, nothing missing in the package, no errors or costly mistakes and of course
your overall qualifications - this is what counts.

You will have another 5 points but your chances are still slim unless you have a
Dr/Ms degree or a job offer (approved by HRDC) age 10 education (BS) 20 language 16
experiences (>= 4 years ) 25 arranged employment 0 adapbility 5 total 76
