I have read a couple on articles on how the IT market sucks in Canada.

Heres my two bits:

In the US there is no value for H1 B's anymore, there are so many citizens looking for jobs.

In Germany the greencard program is almost down to a standstill.

The Indian market , so dependant on the US , succumbed to the global recession long ago.

Its hardly a Canadian issue.
IT markets are bad everywhere.
So I guess IT professionals will have a tough time in the present wherever they are.

Its just a matter of patience and persistence.
I know how tough it gets im in the same boat .
Searching for the perfect shore.
