I was only 15 when my parents moved to NZ.
am still in NZ :curse:
Nowadays I think..... If we moved to Canada in the first place (it was our original plan at that time - Mum wanted to go to Vancouver, but Dad wanted to come to NZ :curse
. I guess I'd probably settled down easily and much happier in Canada.
Honestly I was not very happy when I was a kid here (small town syndrome). But now I am not sure. I don't even know whether I am happy or not myself. I don't bother thinking about such issues any more
I feel I only become a small mind person as I spent time more and more here which is no good. Surely I shall not bring up my kids here if I get married. Well. It's only okay as long as they are so young; let me say (from 0~10 years old) but not longer than that. It has to be the UK after that.
