how can i get a nice pic on my signiture ??
ok totally off topic 
but how can i get a canadian flag or whatever on my signitue

Find a piccie on the internet
Get its url
Click on "My Profile" on the blue bar on top of your screen
Click on "Edit Signature" on the lefthand side of your screen
Start your signature with [img]
Then type (or copy) the url of the picture
End your signature with [/img]
Make sure there are NO spaces between [img] and [/img]!!!!
Click on "Save Signature"
That should do the trick.
Get its url

Start your signature with [img]
