Hi all
Is anyone aware of an equivalent to the websites in the UK that are linked to the Land Registry and which enable you to see how much properties actully sold for ? I just want to see if it's possible to gauge how the market is rising/falling within certain areas.
Thanks in advance of any replies

Aim for the top right hand corner. Lots of detail.

Good luck with your search. We have already bought a house in BC before landing and it will make the move a lot smoother!
